Design Management
Handling a renovation project is hard work. Negotiating with the trade, solving daily problems, communicating jargon with the builders and coordinating deliveries to installation timelines is just part of managing a project. As an experienced on and off site designer, I am available for continuous design input, drawing modifications and creative solutions. I can also act on behalf of my clients, as their Liaison Representative, to keep the project moving forward - positively and in good stead.
Spearheading on all Turnkey Residential Projects, I engage only a few projects simultaneously. This allows me to keep in full control and be available to my clients.

Interior Planning
Planning a successful design pivots off an objective understanding of the client's brief and conducting an accurate interior survey. We start by establishing your expectations, budgets and timelines before outlining the recommended services, fees and the next steps forward. Following quotation acceptance, we meet to further discuss your project and measure the respective rooms. Documented site findings are used to develop new spatial plans and photorealistic CAD visuals. These drawings illustrate why the design proposals are most suitable for your space and also provide opportunities to make changes before the building works commence. This planning process gives you insight, information and autonomy to make cost effective decisions about your project.
